Our Website offers a subscription based service to a monthly newsletter covering articles on various financial topics such as investment portfolios, shares, personal finance, and book reviews.
Our Website is owned and operated by The Prosperity Pages Pty Ltd. The Prosperity Pages Pty Ltd is a Corporate Authorised Representative of Beryllium Advisers Pty Ltd ABN 30 646 510 769 (AFSL 528250) providing general financial advice.
The Prosperity Pages complies with all obligations and requirements pursuant to their Australian Financial Services licence.
All financial information and advice on our Website is general in nature.
The information and advice provided on our Website and available to subscribers is designed for and catered to users in Australia.
We encourage all users of and subscribers to our Website to download and read our Financial Services Guide (FSG) and Privacy Policy.
Subscription
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to use and subscribe to our Website in accordance with these Terms.
To subscribe to The Prosperity Pages, create and register an account.
Our monthly subscriber fee is $19 exclusive of GST.
Our annual subscriber fee is $199 exclusive of GST.
The above rates are not final and are subject to change from time to time. You will receive an email notification as least 7 days prior to any change in our subscriber fees which will be implemented upon the commencement of your next renewal term.
Your subscription will automatically renew via your nominated payment method at the commencement of each renewal term. You will receive an email notification at least 7 days prior to the commencement of each renewal term.
All invoices and receipts will be issued by Beryllium Advisers Pty Ltd.
Subscriptions are privately billed, and payment can be made by credit or debit card via our secure payment gateway (any associated surcharges shall be confirmed prior to executing payment).
You must ensure there are sufficient funds available for debit at that time of payment. Any fees and charges incurred due to insufficient funds at the time of debit will be passed on to you. If there are issues with your payment, we will promptly contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.
Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. You will maintain access to our subscription services until the end of the paid term.
Refunds
We offer a 100% refund on annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days. Any cancellation of an annual subscription after 30 days is subject to a partial refund at our absolute discretion.

Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You may not share your account with others, and you agree not to sell or transfer your account to another party.
Cyber Security
To protect yourself against potential fraud or unauthorised payment requests, you must take appropriate steps to ensure that any requests for payment purporting to be from The Prosperity Pages or Beryllium Advisers Pty Ltd are genuine, including by contacting us to request confirmation.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees
Our service come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the event of major failures with our subscription service, you are entitled:
(a) to cancel your subscription with us; and
(b) to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You may be entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the major failure.
If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to issues with the subscription service rectified in a reasonable time frame. If we are unable to resolve the issues, you have the right to cancel your subscription and may obtain a refund for the unused portion of the service.
